NPC Seeks Outstanding Panhellenic Women
Do you know of a woman whose career, volunteerism or point of view is worth sharing?
The National Panhellenic Conference is looking for outstanding women and their stories to feature in NPC’s continuing podcast series. A podcast is a brief and candid conversation captured in an audio file and archived to the NPC website at www.npcwomen.org. Send your nominations, along with contact information and a brief explanation on your nominee, to Jane Sutton, NPC vice chairman, at janesutt@gmail.com. And please share the news with Kappa Delta! Simply copy your e-mail to kdnews@kappadelta.org.
Click here to listen to a sample of the podcasts currently posted, including one from Cynthia Allen Weston, KD’s alternate delegate to NPC and the organization’s historian. Cynthia, who penned “Ordinary Miracles” for Kappa Delta’s centennial anniversary, compiled a new history for NPC entitled “Adventure in Friendship.” In her podcast, she reflects on NPC’s founders, sorority members and milestones.
