Arkansas State Day
Arkansas State Day, hosted by the Northwest Arkansas alumnae chapter, will be held in conjunction with the Alabama-Arkansas football game on Saturday, Sept. 25, in Fayetteville. NWARKD received a $500 grant for the first KD State Day in Arkansas, and details are being planned for this event. For more information, contact Kristi Callaway at callaway3@sbcglobal.net.
Delta Gamma - Western Kentucky Reunion
A planning committee is in the early stages for reunion festivities for Delta Gamma - Western Kentucky Homecoming 2010! If you pledged from 1993-2003 and are interested in helping us plan for next year, please contact Lauren Brindle Singdahlsen at brindlewku@yahoo.com or Bonnie Holt Logsdon at bonnieholt78@hotmail.com. This will be an every five year event during Homecoming weekend at WKU. More information in coming months as the 2010 Homecoming date is TBA.
Save the Date! Georgia/South Carolina State Day Being Planned
Save the date! All Georgia and South Carolina collegians and alumnae are cordially invited to attend the
GEORGIA/SOUTH CAROLINA STATE DAY to be held in ATLANTA on
July 30 and 31 at the Druid Hills Golf Club. The featured guest speaker will be Patricia Barnes, better known as “Sister Schubert." Llook forward to her sharing her inspiring life story with us. On Friday night, ”mini” reunions are planned for the chapters. This is going to be an exciting evening of renewed friendships, sharing memories and meeting new sisters. Saturday will be a day filled with Kappa Delta traditions as you celebrate the KD heritage and plan for the future. In the afternoon, “Girl Power” sessions will be offered. These will provide the collegians and alumnae an opportunity to share with each other in areas of interests for their chapters. For more information, contact Pat Tooke at

TEXAS - SAVE THE DATE! Gamma Upsilon - Texas A&M-Commerce (formerly East Texas State University) will celebrate its 50th Anniversary with a reunion on September 18, 2010.
