ALBUQUERQUE/SANTA FE – Albuquerque/Santa Fe, N.M., alumnae chapter member Elizabeth Crumpler, center wearing apron, and AC President Shannon Bay, far right, present a KiDs Grant to participants and staff of Girls Inc. Santa Fe, where Elizabeth serves as program coordinator. The $2,500 grant from the Kappa Delta Foundation will be used to purchase materials for a greenhouse and help build an outdoor learning lab.
BATON ROUGE – Epsilon-LSU seniors gather at the home of Jennifer Single Strasner for a luncheon hosted by the Baton Rouge alumnae chapter.
BOISE – Enjoying the arrival of warmer temperatures, Boise, Idaho, alumnae chapter members gather on a spring evening for refreshments and to plan a summer pool party with Zeta Chi-Idaho collegians.
DAYTON – Dayton, Ohio, alumnae chapter members attend the 11th annual Miami Valley Farmville Four Luncheon for members of Kappa Delta, Sigma Sigma Sigma, Alpha Sigma Alpha and Zeta Tau Alpha, the four sororities that were founded in Farmville, Va. This year, attendees played a trivia game to see how much they knew about the other sororities.
NATION’S CAPITAL – Nation’s Capital alumnae Kendall Edwards, Elizabeth Lauten and Mary Beth Johnson, look forward to enjoying the Girl Scout cookies they picked up during their monthly board meeting.
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS – Beta Theta-Penn State alumna Barbara Trumpeter Pintar, center, is welcomed into the Emerald Circle by Ashley Van Es Lamb, left, and Deidre Baxter Leonard, Northwest Arkansas alumnae chapter co-presidents. Barbara’s 60 years of Kappa Delta membership has included participation in the Akron, Ohio, alumnae chapter where she served as Panhellenic representative, the Ventura, Calif., AC and currently the Northwest Arkansas AC. Barbara is an educator, lecturer and active volunteer in her community.
ORLANDO – Orlando alumnae chapter member Lisa Kuno Jebb, right, and Phi Mu Sorority member Susan Averill promote Greek life to Orlando high-school students during College Night at a local campus. The Greek life table was sponsored by the Orlando Area Alumnae Panhellenic Association.
RICHARDSON/PLANO – New officers for the Richardson/Plano alumnae chapter are installed during the group’s end-of-the-year brunch hosted by member Lisa Schoentag Kern. Outgoing President Phoebe Mannino Chenoweth was thanked for her hard work over a two-year period that resulted in significant accomplishments, and the AC presented a $2,500 KiDs Grant to the Northeast Texas Girl Scout Council.
SEATTLE DAY – Seattle Day alumnae chapter members Isa Giese Nelson, left, and JoAn Skupa Johnson, right, welcome Jodi Behrends Wallace, alumnae chapter operations specialist 9. Jodi attended an AC meeting and toured Sigma Iota’s chapter house at the University of Washington where she was shown two benches on campus with Kappa Delta nameplates. The first bench was donated in honor of Kappa Delta’s centennial, and the other commemorates Sigma Iota’s 75th anniversary.

LOUIS – St. Louis alumnae chapter members, from left, Erin Schaake Greer, Sally Hall Hanson, Sara Shaffer Myers, Sharon Cotta Kaufman and Tabby Baker Mailhes accept an award from Southside Day Nursery for the AC’s 50 years of service to the nursery. The presentation was made during the Champions for Children Awards Dinner and Auction.
TWIN CITIES – Welcomed into Kappa Delta’s Diamond Circle for 75 years of membership are, from left, Marian McBrien Mulcare, Sigma Beta-Minnesota, and Muriel Johnson Jasper, Pi-Nebraska. The two members of the Twin Cities, Minn., alumnae chapter were honored during the group’s annual White Rose Luncheon where both women were eager to tell about their college days. After graduation, Marian became a teacher, and Muriel was a school counselor.
